Today Amazon Launched it’s DRM-free MP3 music download store in the UK and it’s cheap with prices starting at 59p per track and £3 for an album.

Play.com have now started selling DRM free songs in the UK, beating Amazons Store to the market.
The 3 million plus songs are all 100% DRM free and it’s cheaper than iTunes with prices starting at 65p per track (and from £5 for albums). The anoucement follows the first Europeain music store to rid copy protection, 7Digital.
Nine Inch Nails are giving away their latest album, The Slip, for free exclusively on their site. The ten track album is available in high quality MP3 as well as Apple Lossless, FLAC and high def WAVE.
Of course all the tracks are DRM free and all you need to give them is a valid email address, and they send you a link to download the album in whatever formats you want shortly after.
